As always, on a fence at the crossroads on a cliff diverged in the yellow wood.
H1 Blocker seems to clear my head a bit. Why didn’t I realize this before. Histamine is something I’m dealing with. From food? H2 blocker maybe doesn’t have the same effect, plus wrecks digestion.
Both of these are a preamble for a week to blood thinners, as prescribed by Dr. Vaughn. But is this really just fixing the downstream problem? Will it give my body the upper hand?
Is being back in the house re-exposing me to mold, even if I spend 90% of my time upstairs? I smelled the toast smell of R & Sevi’s breakfast this morning distinctly. Doesn’t that mean all the air is circulating up here, and if it carries mold spores/mycotoxins, what is the mitigated effect of staying up here?
I run like a rat in an endless maze of conjecture. After over a year of this (16 months actually), I’m exhausted. What critical decision will I get wrong next? What cause am I ignoring? Am I neglecting Lyme etc? Discounting mold? Ignoring the fact that my fingers are pruning, seriously pruning? Did fasting cause that? Would it be worse if I hadn’t fasted? Did fasting do anything? Did it account for all the improvement I have felt?
I do hate putting any Rx in my body. I don’t trust the whack-a-mole process it gets started. Solve this, but what’s that over there. Solve that, but wait, what’s that now? It’s designed to make you weak and gaslit and endlessly confused.
Hence the appeal of fasting.
